Goals and objectives of the corporate development department
- Development of corporate governance in subsidiaries;
- Compliance of the activities of subsidiaries with the principles of corporate development in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal regulations;
- Methodological support for the implemenation of the development of corporate governance in subsidiaries of the University, joint-stock companies, the ownership and use of the state stake (block of shares) of which were transferred to the University;
- Compliance with quality management system requirements, the University’s quality policy, and other internal regulations of the University in the field of quality;
