Training of Trainers
Personal growth club «Rainbow» and its active participants conducted trainings «Training for Trainers».
Over 10 meetings (Sep-Oct), the participants shared their experience, demonstrated their skills, creativity and learned from each other. Students learned the structure of the training, paying attention to every part of the training. There were “The role and style of coach”, “The co-coaching”, and “The way out of difficult situations”. Special thanks to the trainers for their active participation and providing trainings.
