The delegation included:
1.Professor Noboru Takamura – M.D., PhD, Professor и Chairman, Department Global Health, Medicine and Welfare, Nagasaki University Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences;
2. Professor Takashi Kudo – Professor of Department of Radioisotope Medicine, Atomic Bomb Disease Institute, Nagasaki University;
3. Dr Naomi Hayashida – Department of Global Health, Medical and Welfare, Nagasaki University graduate School of Biomedical Sciences;
4. Mr. Yamashita ––Nagasaki Association of Hibakushas’ Medical Care representative (NASHIM);
5. Dr. Yui – MD, PhD Candidate, Research Assistant Department of Global Health, Medicine and Welfare, Nagasaki University Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
Negotiation with delegation was lead by S.D. Asfendiyarov KazNMU Vice-Rector of teaching and educational work — Tulebayev K.A.
Further collaboration issues were discussed:
*Traineeship of KazNMU young specialists, having a good command of English in Nagasaki University;
*Sending KazNMU PhD students to Nagasaki University to prosecute research work;
*Further collaboration in frame of Visiting Professors from Nagasaki University;
*Conduct joint research on the themes of immunology and etc.;
*Possibility of accepting the KazNMU faculty to professional development program to Nagasaki University in frame of our Governmental “Bolashak” Scholarship program.
According to mutual concert the draft of memorandum fixing abovementioned points will be sent soon by Professor Takamura.
Next meeting with representative of our Partner – Nagasaki University is planned on University Days 2012
