Day 2 with participation of the universities of Russia and Asian region.
Three parallel sessions were organized. Thefirstsessionisdedicatedtostudents’ internationalization where the experience of Voronezh State University, Kazan Federal University and South-Ural State University was presented. The results of the Program QS 5-100-2020 were shown. Strategy QS is 5 universities of Russian in Top 100 by 2020. The second session was dedicated to internationalization of educational programs. Representatives from University of Malaya, Coventry University UK, University of Santo Tomas (Philippines) reported the results of realization of PhD dual education and demonstrated the best practices of their universities. The third session passed within the strategy of development of internationalization with experience of University of Hong Kong, Banasthali University (India), Kazakh agro-technical university after Seifullin. 23 representativesfromthe universities of Jordan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Lebanon, India, Malaysia, Turkey, Japan, Taiwan, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Saudi Arabia and Russia.At evening session the questions «Creation of University of a World Class in Russia and Central Asia», and also «Trends, policy and the key moments of development of the market of the higher education in the world» were discussed. These actions caused huge interest in participants, discussion on real prospects and opportunities of cooperation of higher education institutions of Russia and foreign universities took place. The concepts about Elite Universities, joint programs, researches, an exchange of students and teachers, etc. are considered. During the conference closing ceremony Mrs. Mandy Mok (CEO QSASIA, Singapore) emphasized that all purposes of conference were realized, it was the first experience of carrying out similar action in Russia with direct participation of the State University named after Lobachevsky. It is a possibility of cooperation with the best educational institutions of the world for the higher education of Russia. Other universities of Russia and Central Asia have to accept relay.
