Personal growth club «Rainbow» and its active participants conducted 8 trainings (Oct-Nov), studying the psychotherapeutic methods of Psychodrama. The Supervisor was professor Asimov M.A. The Trainers were Galymova Sarra and Bairamov Binali. Also, the active participation of the training took Kassymzhanova Madina.
Psychodrama is a method of psychotherapy and counseling, created by Jacob Moreno. Classical psychodrama is a therapeutic group process, which uses dramatic improvisation tool to study the internal human world. Contemporary psychodrama is not only a method of group therapy, but it concludes individual work with every person (monodrama). Also, elements of psychodrama are widespread in many areas of individual and group work with people.
