The department of distance educational technologies is a subdivision of the university, which carries out organizational support of distance learning, engages introduction in the educational process of new educational technologies based on computer technology using modern telecommunication and information opportunities.
The main purpose of the department’s work is coordination of the organization, methodological support of the educational process and improve the quality of educational services by using distance educational technologies at all levels of training specialist.
The main tasks of the department: effective organization and coordination of the educational process by using distance educational technologies at all levels of training specialists; methodical support of educational process by using distance educational technologies according to the requirements of normative documents on the organization of the educational process; coordination of educational and methodological activities of chairs, modules and courses in the field of distance education technologies; coordination of monitoring education quality; integration of education, science and practice by using the results of scientific research in the educational process and establishing mutually beneficial links between educational, scientific, and innovative organizations as a unified system for acquiring and using knowledge, technology and experience in distance learning.
