Goal: To understand and apply the fundamentals of mathematical and statistical methods necessary for conducting psychological research. They will acquire skills in mathematical and statistical thinking and appreciate the role that mathematics and statistics play in shaping our understanding of behavior. |

Purpose: to study the main theoretical issues of medical law. As a result of mastering the discipline, the student will be able to: analyze the legal regulation of medical care, state the legal basis for the treatment of the population, disclose the rights of citizens in the field of health protection and ways to protect them. Pay attention to ethical requirements in the field of medical activity, ways to protect the rights of medical workers, as well as the specifics of bringing medical organizations and medical workers to legal responsibility for committing offenses and crimes in the field of healthcare. |

Objective: to master the principles and methods of assessing psychological factors affecting the state of health by students. Students will acquire skills in predicting psychogenic diseases. They will learn how to use various tools for assessing psychological health. They will learn about psychosomatic disorders, including somatoform disorders, chronic pain, get acquainted with the latest advances in the diagnosis, correction and treatment of these disorders. |

The purpose of the course: to give students an understanding of the principles and practices of family counseling and therapy. Students will acquire the skills of conducting family therapy sessions and providing feedback and support to families.
