Report on the International scientific and practical conference “Actual isseues of pblic health forming in condoion of public health system modernization” dedicated to Asfendiyarov KazNMU 85th annivesersary.
Today, April 22, 2015 at the KazNMU Hall of fame between 09.00-13.00 was International scientific and practical conference “Actual isseues of public health forming in condoion of public health system modernization”.
Welcoming speech was made by Academician of NAS RK, President of the Academy of Nutrition Sharmanov TS Professor and Rector KazNMU A.Akanov.
In his speech academician Sharmanov T.S. spoke about the health care systems in the transitional republic historical times, mentioned the accession of Kazakhstan to the Bologna Process Education. Gave a parting word to the conference participants.
Rector, Prof. A. Akanov introduced the guests of the conference, the leading health professionals of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Spoke about the historical background of the formation of public health in the world.
Meimanaliev T.S., MD, Professor, Advisor of WHO, Visiting Professor (Republic Kyrgyzstan) welcomed the participants and wished success to the conference
Leading specialist SPH named after .H.Dosmuhamedov, MD Izmuhambetov T.A. told about the importance of medicine and public health in the world today.
A report on «Policy of the European Union in the field of healthy lifestyle» made KanushinaM.A., Of visiting — professor KazNMU — Institute of International education, Prague, Czech Republic. She highlighted the importance of issues of health promotion, said the program «Healthy people — 2020» and activities under this program, shared her experience of using information web portal Dacadoo health index.
Also reports were made by Tazhbenova S.T. Master’s student of West Kazakhstan M. Ospanov State medical university, Almukhanova A.B., Asfendiyarov KazNMU PhD student, Asfendiyarov KazNMU doctor-intern Erezhepova G, Asfendiyarov KazNMU Master’s students Indershieva E., Kaidaulov M. and Asfendiyarov KazNMU students Soltanova M., Narzulla N.
Final part of the conference was realized by Vice-Rector for KazNMU on educational work, director of the School of Public Health. H. Dosmukhamedov MD, professor, Tulebayev K.A .
In the second half of the day round-table discussion «Problems and prospects of development of public health: the experience of Kazakhstan» go on in the small conference room from 14.00 to 16.00 hours.
Sharmanov T.S, academician of NAS RK, President of the Academy of Nutrition and Akanov A.A., Ph.D., Professor, Rector of the Asfediyarov KazNMU had opened Roundtable. They reviewed the current models of public health and current issues of public health in the world. Roundtable was moderated by Tulebayev KA, Professor, Vice Rector on educational work, director of the School of Public Health. H. Dosmukhamedov.
Dyring the round table presentations were made on the theme: «The American model of public health at the example of the leading schools of public health» Meimanaliev TS, MD, PhD, Adviser to the WHO, Visiting Professor (Kyrgyz Republic), «Model public Health in the European Region, the CIS «Kalmataeva J.A, Rector KSPH Kalmataeva Z.A.
A presentation on «Human Resources Policy to protect the rights of consumers in modern conditions» made Zh andosov Sh.U., Director of State Enterprise «Scientific and Practical Center of sanitary epidemiololgicheskoy examination and monitoring.» «Conceptual approaches of Public Health in Kazakhstan» Akanov AA, Ph.D., Professor, Rector Asfediyarov KazNMU.
Discussion and preparation for the adoption of the resolution of the round table was chaired by a moderator Tulebaev KA, MD, Professor, Vice-Rector for KazNMU OIA, Director of the School of Public Health. H. Dosmukhamedov.
